SafeStorz SMS Notifications — Terms and Privacy

SMS notification terms

SafeStorz, LLC sends low-volume operational text messages only to known business contacts who have directly asked or verbally agreed to receive them. Messages may include system status, backup, security, service, and administrative notifications. This program does not send marketing messages or accept public enrollment.

Message frequency varies based on operational events and is expected to be no more than 10 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Reply STOP to opt out. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or contact SafeStorz through www.safestorz.com/contact. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS privacy

SafeStorz uses mobile numbers and SMS consent records only to send and administer the operational notifications described above. SafeStorz does not sell mobile numbers or SMS consent information. SafeStorz does not share mobile numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SafeStorz may provide limited information to telecommunications carriers and service providers, including Twilio, when needed to deliver messages, maintain the service, prevent abuse, or comply with law. Those providers may use the information only to perform those services or meet legal obligations.

SafeStorz applies reasonable safeguards to this information and retains it only while needed to operate the notification service, document consent, resolve disputes, or meet legal requirements. Recipients may request access, correction, or deletion through www.safestorz.com/contact, subject to applicable retention requirements.

SafeStorz may update these terms and privacy provisions by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
